Is it required to install KeitaiKey app to unlock?
Not required.
KeitaiKey app is used for advanced functions. You can easily unlock the cabinet by your fingers.
If fingerprint owner cannot proceed the verification process, what could I do? (e.g. the employee resigns from the position)
Managers can reset the device by KeitaiKey app. After resetting the device, any fingerprint can unlock and lock. See Manual page 13 “Reset with App” for details.
Why Add button is not working?
You need to awaken the device first. Touch the fingerprint sensor until the blue light is lit up before pressing the button.
Can I get a new Manager card if I lost it?
Sorry, it's unable to reissue the Manager card because every cabinet is bounded with the unique card for secure.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
You can buy no less than 300 units of inventory at a time.
